3 DAYS HALONG BAY CRUISE ON “PARADISE LUXURY”
Joint cruise (HLBCPRL03): Daily departure from Hanoi (private transfers between Hanoi and Halong Bay with local English or French-speaking guide). Other language speaking guide at surcharge. Cruise on joint basis with local English-speaking guide.

DAY 1 : HANOI – HALONG BAY    (-/L/D)
08:00 hrs: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to Halong. Arrive at Tuan Chau Island, where your cruise ship embarks. Enjoy a Welcome Cocktail. After the cruise briefing with safety instructions, check-into your cabin.

Lunch will be served as the vessel sails to Halong Bay passing the fighting cocks islet, the elephant leg islet and the castle islet.
Arrival at Luon Cave. Explore one of the most famous grottoes in Halong Bay by local rowing boat. Enjoy kayaking activities (at surcharge and weather permitting) or discover the Surprise Cave.
Continue cruising through the bay. Upon arrival at Hang Tien Ong, visit the Cua Van floating village where you can experience the daily life of the local people. Here, you will have another possibility of kayaking (at surcharge and weather permitting). Enjoy the open-air cooking demonstration on the sun deck (weather permitting) and discover the secrets of the Vietnamese cuisine.
Arrival at Tung Sau (pearl farm) area – swimming or kayaking (at surcharge), weather permitting. Enjoy the open-air cocktail bar located on the sun deck.
Savour a delicious five course set dinner.
21:00 – 23:00 hrs: Happy hour and music on the open-air sun deck bar.
Evening activities include: movie night, board games, beauty and spa services

DAY 2 : HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY (B/L/D)
Start the new day with a Tai Chi session on the sun deck. After breakfast, transfer to the day boat. Begin to cruise to some of Halong Bay’s more secluded and untouched places. Exact locations depend on tide and weather conditions.
Arrive at Hang Toi (Dark cave) for kayaking (weather permitting). Depart to Cat Ba National Park. Arrive at the Viet Hai jetty. Enjoy a bicycle or motorcycle trip through untouched forests and wildlife. Discover the Viet Hai village scenery.
Return to the local day boat and enjoy a sumptuous seafood lunch. Continue cruising through Halong Bay. Arrive at Lan Hạ Bay and explore the Three Peach area (Ba Trai Dao). Relaxing on the beach, kayaking, swimming or snorkeling.
Return to Paradise overnight vessel. Relax at leisure. Arrive at Tung Sau (Pearl farm). Enjoy the open-air cocktail bar located on the sun deck.
Evening activities include: movie night, board games, beauty and spa services

DAY 3 : HALONG – HANOI (B/-/-)
Start the new day with a Tai Chi session on the sun deck. Have breakfast and continue cruising through Halong Bay. Arrive at Titop Island. Enjoy the beach or hike up to the view point for scenic vistas over the bay. Kayaking (at surcharge) or swimming, weather permitting. Continue cruising through Halong Bay.

10:30 hrs: Disembarkation at Tuan Chau Island pier. Pick up and transfer back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, drop off at your hotel or further transfer to Hanoi / Noi Bai Airport for departure at surcharge (accommodation in Hanoi is not included).

• Compulsory gala dinners during festive seasons and peak season surcharges which will be advised at the time of booking
• Visa application and visa stamp fees at Vietnamese embassies overseas and/ or upon arrival (Please note that a visa is compulsory for most nationalities.)
• Early check-in and late check-out at hotels, if not mentioned in the programme

CANCELLATIONS
• Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.

• FIT (Individuals): Cancellation charges are calculated from the day the written notification is received by the company or agent as a percentage of the net total tour price as shown plus any surcharges (e.g. ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as hotels):
• Between 29- 21 days before departure:  According to the costs incurred will be charged
• Between 20 days and 15 days prior to departure: 25% of package price
• Between 14 days and 8 days prior to departure: 50% of package price
• Between 07 days and 2 days prior to departure: 75% of package price
• 1 day prior to departure or no show:   100% of package price

• GIT (Groups): Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 6 weeks before departure of the tour; in which case Happy Go Travel will offer an alternative tour of a similar standard or a full refund. Cancellation policy for GIT bookings will be advised separately case by case.

• HOTEL ONLY
• Between 29- 21 days before departure:  no charge
• Between 20 days and 15 days prior to departure: 60% of accommodation price
• Between 14 days and 0 days prior to departure: 100% of accommodation price
• Certain Hotels impose stricter cancellation policies which will be advised separately.

• For air ticket reservations, we require the guests’ full names AS THEY APPEAR IN THEIR PASSPORTS. Airfares and reservations are always subject to change until paid in full and ticketed.
• Airfares are subject to increase without prior notice.
