3 DAYS HALONG BAY CRUISE ON “GINGER”
Joint cruise (HLBCOGG03): Daily departure from Hanoi (private transfers between Hanoi and Halong Bay with local English or French-speaking guide). Other language speaking guide at surcharge. Cruise on joint basis with local English-speaking guide.

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY    (-/L/D)
08:00 hrs: Pick up at your hotel and depart for Halong City.
Welcome on board and set sail through Bai Tu Long Bay while seafood lunch is served. Rest your eyes on the azure waters of this magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth. The cruise will pass the picturesque area around Mat Quy islet and Am islet.
Mid-afternoon, get to Cua Van fishing village and enjoy a pleasant bamboo boat row through the village with a museum and a school amongst floating homes.
Enjoy swimming before going back on board for sunset cocktails.
In the evening, experience a unique dinner in Tien Ong cave.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY (B/L/D)
Board the Halong Sunset, a luxurious day boat to cruise to the bay’s most untouched areas, deep in Lan Ha Bay. Take a light bike ride along the coast and through rain forest to Viet Hai village (weather permitting). Enjoy your lunch served on board while your guide explains more about Halong culture and its rich natural beauty.
In the afternoon visit fishing villages and kayak around Ho Ba Ham area before returning to the mother boat for the night.

DAY 3: HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/-/-)
Start the day early to enjoy a Tai Chi class on the top deck with an opportunity to experience the magnificent scenery of a sunrise over the sea. Cruise deeper into Bai Tu Long Bay, passing a peal farm, Phao Dai islet, Tam Cung cave, Hon Xep islet, Dau Moi temple while joining the chef for a cooking demonstration to learn more about Vietnamese cuisine. Opportunity to cruise through famous L’Indochine movie site (subject to tide condition).

Enjoy a buffet brunch on board before arrival to the dock.
Pick up and transfer back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, drop off at your hotel or further transfer to Hanoi / Noi Bai Airport for departure at surcharge (accommodation in Hanoi is not included).

CANCELLATIONS
• Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.

• FIT (Individuals): Cancellation charges are calculated from the day the written notification is received by the company or agent as a percentage of the net total tour price as shown plus any surcharges (e.g. ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as hotels):
• Between 29- 21 days before departure:  According to the costs incurred will be charged
• Between 20 days and 15 days prior to departure: 25% of package price
• Between 14 days and 8 days prior to departure: 50% of package price
• Between 07 days and 2 days prior to departure: 75% of package price
• 1 day prior to departure or no show:   100% of package price

• GIT (Groups): Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 6 weeks before departure of the tour; in which case Happy Go Travel will offer an alternative tour of a similar standard or a full refund. Cancellation policy for GIT bookings will be advised separately case by case.

• HOTEL ONLY
• Between 29- 21 days before departure:  no charge
• Between 20 days and 15 days prior to departure: 60% of accommodation price
• Between 14 days and 0 days prior to departure: 100% of accommodation price
• Certain Hotels impose stricter cancellation policies which will be advised separately.
