DAY 1 : HANOI - BAI TU LONG BAY - THIEN CANH SON CAVE 

7.30-8.00:  Our bus or private car will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter

12.30:  Arrive at Paloma office in Halong City and boarding

13.30: Have lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay; Start sailing among famous Islets (Indochina studio, Am Islet…) of Bai Tu Long Bay.

15.30:  Visit and explore the Thien Canh Son Cave. After visting the Thien Canh Son Cave, you will enjoy kayaking activities around magnificent karst mountains.

18.00: Sunset party is served on sundeck.

19.15  Having dinner  and overnight on board.

DAY 2: BAI TU LONG BAY - CAP LA 

6.00: Start your day with Tai Chi  while complimentary tea & coffee are served

7.00: Have breakfast

08.30: Transfer to the Day Boat and start cruising to admire the great beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Kayaking in Cap La Area - Deep into Bai Tu Long Bay, the area is full of the famous hidden lagoons covered by majestic limestone islands and islets with small beaches.

12.30: BBQ lunch is served on boat. 

14.00: After Lunch, you have more time for kayaking around magnificent karst mountains or swimming (depending on conditions). 

16.00: The vessel cruises back to Paloma Cruise for a second night.

19.00: Having dinner on board.

DAY 3: VUNG VIENG FLOATING VILLAGE - HANOI 

06.00:  Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.

07:45 - 09.00:  Exploring Vung Vieng Fishing Village  and short visit the Pearl Farm to learn how natural pearls are grown.

10.00: Check out your cabin and enjoy Vietnamese cooking class.

11.45:  Arrive at Hon Gai  Harbour. Get on bus or car back to Hanoi.

DAY 2 : CONG DO - VUNG VIENG FLOATING VILLAGE - HANOI 

06.00: Starting your day with Tai Chi while complimentary tea & coffee are served.

07.00: Have breakfast

07.45 - 09.00: Exploring Vung Vieng Fishing Village to discover the daily life of the fisher communities by bamboo boat (one hour). Short visit to  the Pearl Farm to learn how natural pearls are grown. 

10.00: Check out cabin then return to dining room for Vietnamese cooking class. 

10.30: Have a lunch.

11.45: Arrive at Hon Gai  Harbour. Get on bus or private car to get back to Hanoi.

16.30: You will arrive at your hotel. The trip ends.

2 DAYS HALONG BAY CRUISE ON “INDOCHINA SAILS”

Joint cruise (HLBCIS02): Daily departure from Hanoi (private transfers between Hanoi and Halong Bay with local English or French-speaking guide). Other language speaking guide at surcharge. Cruise on joint basis with local English-speaking guide.

 

Note: Your private tour guide can accompany you aboard at surcharge.

 

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY (-/L/D)

 

08:00 hrs: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to Halong City. Upon arrival, transfer by tender to the boat. Enjoy a Welcome Drink and receive your cruise briefing and safety instructions.

 

The cruise starts sailing at 12:30 hrs. Lunch will be served (Vietnamese and international set menu lunch).

 

Arrive at Titop Island. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach and climbing the steps to the top of the mountain on the island for fantastic views and photo opportunities. Water and towels will be supplied. We will spend about 45 minutes on the island.

 

 

Return to the boat and sail for about 45 minutes to our second stop - the Bat Cave area. When you arrive at the Bat Cave area, there are two programmes to choose from: One option is a 40 minute kayaking programme to the nearby Bat Cave and lagoon and surrounding waters (at surcharge). Water is supplied. The second option is to visit the Cua Van floating fishing village, the largest floating fishing village in Halong Bay. There are about 130 floating houses and about 600 people live and work in the village. We will travel to the village on the tender and tour the village for approximately 20 minutes.

 

Depart and sail for about 30 minutes to Luon Bo area, where we will anchor for overnight.

 

Evening activities include: film entertainment in the dining room at approximately 21:00 hrs; board games and playing cards are available, massage services are available at surcharge. Squid fishing is also available.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/-/-)

 

Wake up the next morning at sunrise. Practice Tai Chi on the sun deck. Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries are served in the dining room. Arrive by boat at the Surprise Cave. Optional tour programme: prepare for visiting the Surprise Cave OR relax on board the boat. Transfer by tender to the Surprise Cave. Tour the cave for approximately 45 minutes. Upon return, check-out of cabins.

 

Enjoy breakfast in the dining room. Relax on the sun deck until arrival at the pier in Halong.

Pick up and transfer back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, drop off at your hotel or further transfer to Hanoi / Noi Bai Airport for departure at surcharge (accommodation in Hanoi is not included).
