3 DAYS HALONG BAY CRUISE ON “OASIS BAY PARTY CRUISE”

DAY 1: HALONG BAY

7h45 - 8h30     Pick up customers to transfer to Ha Long Bay. We will have a 3 to 4 hour bus ride to Tuan Chau Harbour. The Party Cruise bus is comfortable and fully air conditioned. 

12h30              Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour for a 30 minute break before taking a ferry boat to the Halong Party Cruise. 

13h30 - 14h45  Check into your cabin put your bags down and then enjoy a real Vietnamese lunch while the boat begins to cruise majestically through Halong Bay. There is a magic or an energy that you feel when cruising through the Bay that is just lovely and amazing. Passing by Stone Dog Islet, Floating Fishing Village, Incense Burner Islet, and Swan Islet, Duck Islet… 

15h - 17h00   Spend at least 2 hours kayaking through the tunnel to explore the off the beaten track area of Frog Pond in the fairy land of Halong Bay. 

17h30            Sunset Party time with Activities: Boat Jumping, Swimming, Water Trampoline, Outdoor Jacuzzis...

19h00            Evening meal in the dining room. 

21h00            Party Time till late with live DJ

DAY 2: HALONG BAY

8h00-9h00      Enjoy a sunrise cruise in the breathtaking scenery of Halong.

                       Breakfast served in the dining room (We will wake you up by ringing the door bell)

9h00-9h30     Pack your things, leave your cabin and complete your bill at the Bar

9h30-11h30   Transferring by small boat. Exploring Lan Ha Lagoon, Heading to private beach on Freedom island.

12h00-13h00   Have lunch.

15h00              Free time: Kayaking, playing football, volleyball on the beach, floating mattress.  

19h00              Have dinner

21h00             Party On!

DAY 3: HALONG BAY

7h00-8h00      Have breakfast & check out (We will not wake you up at 7h00 just in case you want to sleep therefore if you want to have breakfast please set your own alarm; at 7h30 we will wake all of you up to check out at the Bar)

8h00                Transfer back to the Oasis Bay Party Cruise by small boat.

10h15-11h30    Attend the Cooking demonstration while Cruise will head back to Tuan Chau Harbour.
                         Enjoy the Brunch on board.

12h15-12h45    Get off board and shuttle bus pick guests up at Oasis Bay Cruise Lounge.

17h00-17h30    Tour ends at Old Quarter in Hanoi.

7h45 - 8h30    Pick up at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. We will have a 3½ to 4 hour bus ride to Tuan Chau Harbour. The shuttle bus is comfortable and fully air conditioned.

12h30              Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour for a 30 minute break before taking a ferry boat to the Oasis Bay Party Cruise.

13h30-14h45   Check into your cabin and then enjoy a real Vietnamese lunch while the boat begins to cruise majestically through Halong Bay. There is a magic or an energy that you feel when cruising through the Bay that is just lovely and amazing. Passing by Stone Dog Islet, Swan Islet, Duck Islet…

10h15 - 11h30   Attend the Cooking demonstration while Cruise will head back to Tuan Chau Harbour.
                           Enjoy the Brunch on board.

12h15-12h45     Get off board and shuttle bus pick guests up at Oasis Bay Cruise Lounge.

17h00-17h30     Tour ends at Old Quarter in Hanoi.

CANCELLATIONS

• Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.

• FIT (Individuals): Cancellation charges are calculated from the day the written notification is received by the company or agent as a percentage of the net total tour price as shown plus any surcharges (e.g. ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as hotels):

• Between 29- 21 days before departure:  According to the costs incurred will be charged

• Between 20 days and 15 days prior to departure: 25% of package price

• Between 14 days and 8 days prior to departure: 50% of package price

• Between 07 days and 2 days prior to departure: 75% of package price

• 1 day prior to departure or no show:   100% of package price

• GIT (Groups): Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 6 weeks before departure of the tour; in which case Happy Go Travel will offer an alternative tour of a similar standard or a full refund. Cancellation policy for GIT bookings will be advised separately case by case.

• HOTEL ONLY

• Between 29- 21 days before departure:  no charge

• Between 20 days and 15 days prior to departure: 60% of accommodation price

• Between 14 days and 0 days prior to departure: 100% of accommodation price

• Certain Hotels impose stricter cancellation policies which will be advised separately.
