03 DAYS COFFEE TOUR – NHA TRANG – BUON MA THUOT – NHA TRANG
Private tour (NHABMVCT03): Daily departure from Nha Trang with local English-speaking guide (other language speaking guides at surcharge)
We have designed this tour for coffee lovers and those who are interested in the diversified culture of the ethnic minority people of Vietnam’s Central Highland region. The locals there masters of the UNESCO enlisted intangible cultural heritage of “Tay Nguyen Gongs Culture Space”. The best time to visit is during the coffee blooming or harvesting seasons during February – March or October – January respectively.

Day 1: NHA TRANG – BUON MA THUOT (-/L/-)

Pick-up at your hotel in Nha Trang and drive to Ban Me Thuot. The city is often dubbed as Vietnam’s coffee capital. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and have lunch.
In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Ethnology housed in the summer palace of former emperor Bao Dai. Continue to Ako Dhong, an ethnic minority village on the outskirts of the city.

Day 2: BUON MA THUOT – LAK LAKE – BUON MA THUOT (B/L/D)

In the morning, drive to visit the Eakmat Coffee Research Institute. Learn more about the various processes of coffee cultivation, such as tempering, nursery, planting, grafting, tending and harvesting. Get to know the steps of the wet-dry coffee processing method. Have an overview of Vietnam's coffee quality. Robusta coffee achieves the best output and exports of Robusta coffee from Vietnam rank second in the world. Continue to visit a coffee garden complying with UTZ international standards. This project aims to develop a sustainable area in KoTam – Eatul where both the business and the local farmers benefit. Visit the local peoples’ water source, the sacred live flow in the local culture. Return to the city to visit the Trung Nguyen Coffee village. Immerse yourself in this green space enjoying delicious coffee and visit the facility with an en suite private antique collection.
In the afternoon, drive to Lac Lake. Visit Buon Jun, a M’nong ethnic minority village by the lake where you will experience a tour in a dug-out canoe (02 people per canoe) and embark on an elephant ride.

Day 3: BUON MA THUOT – NHA TRANG (B/-/-)

Visit the city market and then drive back to Nha Trang. Upon arrival, drop off at your hotel (accommodation in Nha Trang is not included).
A transfer from Buon Ma Thuot to Dalat or flights from Buon Ma Thuot can be arranged at surcharge.

CANCELLATIONS
• Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.

• FIT (Individuals): Cancellation charges are calculated from the day the written notification is received by the company or agent as a percentage of the net total tour price as shown plus any surcharges (e.g. ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as hotels):
• Between 29- 21 days before departure:  According to the costs incurred will be charged
• Between 20 days and 15 days prior to departure: 25% of package price
• Between 14 days and 8 days prior to departure: 50% of package price
• Between 07 days and 2 days prior to departure: 75% of package price
• 1 day prior to departure or no show:   100% of package price

• GIT (Groups): Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 6 weeks before departure of the tour; in which case Happy Go Travel will offer an alternative tour of a similar standard or a full refund. Cancellation policy for GIT bookings will be advised separately case by case.

• HOTEL ONLY
• Between 29- 21 days before departure:  no charge
• Between 20 days and 15 days prior to departure: 60% of accommodation price
• Between 14 days and 0 days prior to departure: 100% of accommodation price

• Certain Hotels impose stricter cancellation policies which will be advised separately.

• For air ticket reservations, we require the guests’ full names AS THEY APPEAR IN THEIR PASSPORTS. Airfares and reservations are always subject to change until paid in full and ticketed.
• Airfares are subject to increase without prior notice.
• Please be advised that prices will be adjusted periodically in case of fuel price increase by our suppliers.
